When I see a jar, my first thought is will it hold a candle? This could be when I’m at a gift shop, dollar store, boutique, department store, or anywhere “candleable” items are sold. I also enjoy reusing candle vessels. That is, after all, where my candle making passion started. My boyfriend thought it would be fun to fill all the candle jars we had given each other as gifts. And it was! It was fun to pick fragrances and fill what we already had in our possession. We could go down memory lane with candles from our first date, first Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and birthdays!
I’ll establish a standard container for my candles soon, but will likely continue using candles I already have and selecting fun new containers when I’m out shopping!
